Missing money florida that’s what some people might be thinking after a $44 million lottery ticket that had been sold in the state expired at midnight last night without anyone claiming it.

According to WESH-TV, the winning ticket was purchased on June 14 at Sunco Express in Kissimmee.

Sunoco Express owner Navjeet Khela was taken aback upon learning his store had sold the winning lottery ticket.

Khela told WESH she was taken aback when she received the phone call early morning from an insurance agent about the windfall of over one hundred thousand dollars in benefits. “This is truly substantial money.”
